We communicate with you every step of the way. For small projects many times we can give you an immediate answer as to when we can perform the work and how long it will take. Larger projects you can expect to have an estimate and projected start date within 2 weeks from the initial consultation.
Yes, we are bonded and insured. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
For larger projects or projects that require permits we will take care of the necessary drawings and paperwork to submit for permits. Please note that permit fees are always additional to the estimate we provide. The cost for permits are dictated by the municipality and type of work performed.
